Made an appointment, waited about 10-20 minutes for the previous client to finish up. Got my nails done, which took about an hour and a half. Wonderful details and shaping, nails alone cost me about 90$. Had the pedicure as well, picked the lavender and lemongrass special. Relaxing soak and my toes look so clean and pretty. The chair was very nice and soothing, although I am a bit too short for the massage features up higher. The guy was very through with the massage and care. I was worried the creams and stuff would react badly with my skin since it's *very, VERY* sensitive, however, it moistured and smelled really nice. No pain/stinging so don't worry about sensitive skin reacations. The pedicure was around 55$, so in total I paid 145$. Not bad for all that happened in about 3-ish hours

This was the third and final time I will ever set foot in this nail salon. I had a scheduled appointment for 5:30 p.m. When I arrived, no one greeted me, acknowledged me, or even made eye contact. The technician who was supposed to be doing my nails, Tina, immediately started helping a walk-in customer instead of honoring my appointment. I sat there in complete silence for approximately 45 minutes. Not a single employee said, “We’ll be with you shortly,” apologized for the delay, or even acknowledged that I had been waiting. I finally had to walk over and ask how much longer it would be. I was told, “I’ll finish this person here, and then I’ll be with you.” After waiting another 15 minutes with no update, I got up and left. Appointments clearly mean nothing here. If you’re going to prioritize walk-ins over customers who schedule ahead of time, then don’t offer appointments at all. What makes this even worse is that this wasn’t an isolated incident. This is the third time I’ve experienced the same lack of professionalism at this salon. The staff consistently come across as rude and uninterested. They rarely greet customers, don’t communicate when they’re running behind, and don’t even bother thanking customers for their tips. Basic customer service costs nothing. A simple greeting, apology, or update would have completely changed this experience. Instead, I wasted an hour of my evening sitting there wondering if anyone even remembered I had an appointment. There are far too many salons that actually respect their customers’ time to put up with this kind of treatment. I won’t be back, and I would strongly encourage anyone looking for reliable service and basic courtesy to choose another salon.

I highly recommend Sonnys! Every time I go they are always so nice and accommodating. Many color selections. Tina has done many designs on my nails and they always turn out so well. These people are extremely hard working and kind. Update: I wanted to post some pictures of my tortoise shell nails that Tina did for me. I came in with a picture for inspiration and she made it a point to find the perfect colors and the tools she needed to do the design. She is extremely talented! Keep in mind that this is not an easy design! Tina was able to get it done with ease. I will always recommend Sonny’s for your nail needs 🤎🍂
